Our Process
Estate Planning Pros is a local Middle Tennessee company providing estate planning services including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trust Establishment and mobile notarization. We are set up to provide the majority of these services remotely by conducting consultations by phone and exchanging necessary documents and information online. Once all documents have been prepared by us and reviewed and approved by you, we will schedule a time to meet at one of our local offices to sign and notarize documents as needed. We also offer mobile signing and notarization of documents at a location of your choice, so we can complete the entire process without you having to leave your home if you prefer or are unable to travel easily.
